stockd. is the agent of the seller for the sole and express purpose of displaying its products on the website. We are responsible for receiving funds as payment for sellers’ products or services sold through the marketplace and transmitting those funds to the applicable seller.
We reserve the right to limit or decline a refund or exchange.
Pricing errors may occur on stockd. from time to time. We will attempt to correct all pricing errors as soon as they are discovered, or as soon as a seller notifies us of an error. Buyers will receive an email notification if an order is cancelled. stockd. reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to the buyer, even after sending receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice. Orders on stockd. may be cancelled up to one hour after the order has been placed. Please contact us at email@example.com or 877-324-1749 to request a cancellation or refund. See user terms for more information. For orders placed after one hour, please contact the seller directly to discuss cancellation options per the seller’s policies.
If the item you wish to return is considered hazardous material, you should contact the seller directly to discuss the return. Hazardous items may include (but are not limited to) batteries, flammable liquids, computer equipment or household goods.
