Shipping options available are overnight (Priority & standard), 2nd day, standard ground, domestic & palletized freight shipments. All shipment costs are calculated by weight and dimension. An estimate can be given upon request at the time the order is placed.
Shipping could take anywhere from 1-5 business days, depending on where in the US the order is being sent. Once an order is placed for a stocked item, handling time is either the same or next business day, depending on when the order is placed. Handling time for non-stock or direct ship items vary based on manufacturer availability. Orders placed before 4pm EST will be counted as placed during that business day.
No orders will be sent to PO boxes. Specific products such as chemicals and needles cannot be shipped to residential addresses.
Please examine your packages upon receipt to ensure your order is correct. This can be done by identifying the box with the enclosed packing slip. Please keep in mind that with multiple box shipments the packing list will be in only one box. It is your responsibility to confirm that you have received all of the items indicated on your packing slip. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within five business days prevents us from accurately problem-solving the issue; therefore variances reported after five business days will not be credited. If the product you order is a custom order and requires a longer lead time than 7 days, a customer service representative will contact you immediately.
All return requests must be called into our Customer Care Center at 1-800-331-2716 prior to return and must be assigned an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. If applicable, a Fed Ex pick up will be scheduled at time of authorization. Boxes containing product that has been written on or compromised in any way will not be accepted for return. All products must be returned in the original packaging and packed in an additional outer box to reduce the possibility of damage during return shipping.
Returns may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. Non-refrigerated product must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can NOT accept returns for Refrigerated product, HAZMAT or for products considered pharmaceutical - except in the case of a product recall. Any product refused or returned without an authorized RMA will be subject to a re-stocking fee or denial of credit or replacement.
In order to keep accurate inventory levels, any replacement product that is shipped will be invoiced. Once the original product is returned, the original invoice will be credited. MMI reserves the right to deny a return request outside of the above guidelines. After 30 days, the RMA and return option are no longer valid and will not be authorized or accepted.
