We execute the shipments within 1-2 business days and offer free delivery on all of our items for the customer’s convenience.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the customer’s order confirmation email.
FREE shipping is included for all orders.
Orders within the continental U.S. will ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS or other forwarder depending on the order volume and destination.
Customer will receive an email notification to confirm when the order has shipped. This notification will include a tracking number to check shipment status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If the customer has not received the order within five (5) business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name, order number, and tracking number to research the status of the shipment.
1.1. Before any product can be returned to MediVena, authorization must be obtained by contacting MediVena Customer Service at email@example.com, (404) 514-2586.
1.2. If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!
1.3. All approved returned products must be in their original packaging.
1.4. Return Instructions: MediVena will set up pick up with its carriers at the customer’s convenience.
1.5. Acceptable returns upon authorization: shipping mistakes by MediVena (such as wrong product or quantity), product delivered with shipping damages, product performance complaints.
1.6. MediVena does not authorize returns of the product ordered in error or in excess by Customers even it is in ‘’merchantable condition’’. However, MediVena is willing to review such product return requests and reserves the right to make determination on case by case basis.
2.1. Shipping Damages – Product must be examined by customer at time of delivery and any shipping damages are to be noted on forwarder’s delivery documents to allow MediVena to file a claim with a forwarder accordingly. Ship damages to be reported to MediVena within one (1) business day upon delivery. No returns are permitted without photos, detailed information to support damage claim, as well as prior authorization from MediVena.
2.2. Claims of order shortages (e.g., invoiced but not received) and other shipping errors must be reported within seven (7) business days of receipt of goods.
3.1 All product performance concerns or complaints must be reported to MediVena without delay.
3.2 Reports must include the following: A. REF number or product description B. Photo/s of the actual item, box and case for reference of the filed complaint C. Written detailed description of the complaint or performance issue D. Date and time of the complaint and information about the user / healthcare facility, if applicable E. Contact Name, title, phone number and email address of the individual filing complaint F. Lot # for the product G. Information about the retained malfunctioned product and remaining inventory of the unused products.
3.3 MediVena may request product samples for examination, will analyze all complaints in timely manner and will share the investigation results accordingly.
3.4 In case of all justified complaints, any defective product may be returned for partial or full credit, or product replacement. MediVena will supply a return label to the customer and return will be made at MediVena’s expense. There will be no restocking fee applied to the return.
