Founded in 2016, Medical Monks offers outstanding products, compassionate service and helpful resources to ensure better health outcomes for our customers. Our family’s experience in the health care industry has shown us that there are many amazing people struggling to find the care they require. Medical Monks will ship all orders, regardless of quantity and size, for a low flat-rate of $6.95.

HOW: All orders will ship from our distributor’s Pittsburgh PA based warehouse, via FedEx Ground* 

WHERE: Medical Monks ships to all 50 Unites States (some exceptions and exclusions apply)**

We do not ship to:

  • Puerto Rico
  • International locations
  • Other US Territories- US Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Marianas, American Samoa, etc.
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

WHEN: Medical Monks will acknowledge and ship in-stock items by the following business day.  Orders placed before 2PM EST on a business day for in-stock items may ship on that same day.

We are closed on the weekend, therefore:

  • Orders placed after 2PM EST on FRIDAY may not be processed and shipped until TUESDAY
  • Any orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY may not be processed and shipped until TUESDAY

We understand this may impact our ability to serve customers.  We are happy to reasonably accommodate any customer who may be require faster order processing time upon request.


FedEx Ground delivery typically takes:

  • 1-2 business days for all locations East of the Mississippi River
  • 2-3 business days for all locations West of the Mississippi River but East of the Rockies
  • 3-5 business days to reach states in the Western Time Zone (including Utah and Idaho)

Need it Sooner? We offer 2-Day Air and Overnight shipping over the phone.  Medical Monks will quote the shipping cost and charge you that fee as a separate transaction outside of the stockd. marketplace.

Medical Monks does NOT guarantee on-time AIR deliveries and will not refund late AIR shipments.  We only guarantee that we will ship with the AIR service you were charged for.

Damaged Deliveries:

If part or all delivered goods are damaged, please contact a Medical Monks staff member within 2 business days of delivery.  We will work with you to replace the damaged items quickly. 

On rare occasions, Medical Monks may require visual proof of the damage or that damaged goods be returned before shipping replacement items.

Lost/Delayed Packages:

If shipment tracking does not show a shipment to our customer as “Delivered” by the carrier within the order’s delivery window, Medical Monks will work with customers to ensure they receive their products as quickly as possible by any means necessary.

If shipment tracking indicates a shipment as “Delivered”, but the customer is not able to locate the package, we ask that the customer first contact FedEx support for help.  Call FedEx support at 800-463-3339 and have your shipment tracking number ready.

Medical Monks will work with customers to resolve lost packages only after a FedEx support case has first been opened.

NOTE: Medical Monks does not ship with a “Signature Required”.  We suggest to all customers who place an order over $100 and are concerned about lost or stolen packages to contact us and request a “Signature Required” delivery. 

After a thorough investigation, Medical Monks will cover up to $100 of delivered goods deemed to be lost via either a reshipment or refund.  The customer is responsible for any amount above that (when shipped without a signature).

Exceptions & Exclusions

*Deliveries to PO Boxes will ship USPS and may add an additional 1-2 business days to the delivery.

**Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent with the cheapest available method from FedEx and USPS. We may require an additional shipping fee to send orders to these States. We reserve the right to cancel orders to Alaska or Hawaii if shipping costs are prohibitive.


We want to make sure you are satisfied with your order.  If you are unsatisfied, MEDICAL MONKS™ will gladly work with you to process your return.

There are two reasons for returns:

  • Reason #1 – You do not want the item(s) you purchased. In this case, we accept claims for returns within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date, subject to the return eligibility criteria (see below).
  • Reason #2 – Item(s)  you ordered are missing, damaged, defective, incorrect, or of the wrong quantity. In this case, return claims must be received within five (5) business days of receipt of order.

Return Shipping Liability
In the case of Reason #1 above, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please make your own arrangements with a carrier (UPS, Postal Service, etc.) to return the item(s) to Medical Monks.

In the case of Reason #2 above, MEDICAL MONKS will pay for the cost of return shipping. We will send a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label to you.

If your items are eligible for return, MEDICAL MONKS will send you the following via regular mail or email:

  • Return Authorization Document – Contains instructions on what you need to do to return your items and authorization details.
  • Return Shipping Label – Only in the case of reason #2 mentioned above, we will send you a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label

 In the cases where you are responsible for the return shipping (reason #1 mentioned above), and your item(s) exceed $75, we strongly recommend retaining tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance. In cases where a return is disputed, we may request proof of delivery.

Please do not attempt to return your item(s) to the manufacturer. If you send a return directly to the manufacturer you will not receive a return refund from MEDICAL MONKS.

Return Eligibility
All returned items must be in the original shipped condition in the original packaging – unopened, not used, no broken seals, no writings or markings on boxes containing items or on the items themselves, and all parts and accessories in original packaging.

Return Inspection and Approval
Once your return is received and the item(s) inspected, we will process the refund for all approved, returned items.  You will receive an automated email when the refund is processed indicating the amount of the refund given.

If your return is inspected and does not meet the criteria outlined under our “Return Eligibility” guidelines, we cannot provide you with a refund.

In rare cases, it may be necessary for one of our Monks to reach out and discuss the returned items prior to approval and refund processing.

We do not process exchanges.

When a Refund is Credited
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 2-5 business days for your refund to be processed.  Credit will be applied by stockd.
