    Manufactured in the US in an FDA Certified Facility with US-made materials (Berry Compliant.) 4 ply disposable, non-sterile. Level 3 surgical masks are intended for procedures where there may be exposure to heavy amounts of fluid, spray and/or aerosols. More breathable than Level 4 and yet offers very high BFE (bacterial filtration efficiency) ≥98%. These masks are Class II medical devices, and are intended for use by operating room personnel during surgical procedures to protect both the patient and the medical personnel from transfer of microorganisms, bodily fluid, and particulate material. Latex-free & Fiberglass free. Top and liner layer are white polypropylene non-woven, middle layer is a high performance filter cloth. Packing: 50 pcs./Box 40 boxes/Case.
