  • Inspect packages for damage prior to signing with delivery agent. If damages are found refuse package with damages. Document if there are any shortages. Call MDM right away so a claim can be filed and replacement can be sent out.
  • Any damages not documented at delivery that are received via FedEx Ground or Express will need to be reported in 48 hours, to ensure coverage.
  • Concealed damages (Product is damaged but there is no damage to the box): Must be reported within 30 days of purchase. Pictures of the box the unit was received in (front, back, model/serial tag from side of the box) are required to prove concealed damage. BE SURE TO SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL BOX, PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES! Contact MDM right away to begin the replacement process.
  • **Box damage that matches the unit damage that was not reported at delivery will be denied. **Damaged units with no boxes will be denied.
    **Aged stock or altered units will be denied.


Return goods request are subject to a restock fee minimum starting at 25%.


Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. The return label must be marked with the RMA number. The box should not be written on. The return should be in its original condition, new unused and in resaleable condition. Purchaser is responsible for insuring return freight to protect against damages. Purchaser should provide return tracking to the customer service team upon return shipping.

Items returned without an RMA(return material Authorization) number will not be accepted. Items received damaged or not in new condition will not be credited. Credit will be issued upon complete inspection of the product being returned.
