Orders must be placed with HYDROMER Customer Service. No changes allowed to orders that have been processed.
Sale of goods or services will be subject to specifications developed by or agreed to by Hydromer
Product or service will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of shipment or on the latest quote to client. Prices are in U.S. Dollars and terms are EXW – Ex Works, Concord, NC, USA. International customers assume responsibility for customs charges, duties, taxes and like levies.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: Upfront payment required. For non-sample orders, Pay in Advance (for New customers) or Net 15 days (for existing customers)
Any terms on clients purchase order which conflict with the specifications or add any burden not expressly covered in quote are rejected.
No rights to intellectual property are conveyed to client unless expressly stated in quote.
This order is subject to the Uniform-Commercial Code as enacted in North Carolina and the buyer agrees to North Carolina jurisdiction.
Placing orders with Hydromer is deemed to be an acceptance of the terms outlined above.
All shipments from Hydromer will have a Certificate of Quality or Assurance of the relevant specifications.
Hydromer reserves the right to revise pricing if Customer is not on target for such purchase volumes.
Orders for less than the stated minimum order quantity will be subject to a $350 processing fee.
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders once placed cannot be canceled.
The lead times provided are manufacturing lead times and do not include transit time. Lead times are not guaranteed and remain subject to adjustment by Seller.
