Returns of defective product are accepted according to our warranty and return policy. All defective goods must be returned with a Dyad approved RA#. When notifying customer service please specify the nature of the defect. An approved RA will then be faxed to you, a copy of which must be included with the return shipment. All return requests for products must occur within thirty days of invoice date
