Customer Service is available from 8:00a-5:00p Monday through Friday. Order cut off time is 2:00pm for same day shipment. Warehouse hours of operation Monday through Friday 6:30am to 11:00pm, Sunday 3:00pm to 11:00pm, closed Saturday (or until all orders for the next day shipment are completed). All orders will be shipped via FedEx ground unless a request for 1 day delivery is specified.
Return Goods Policy
All returns of Product will need to be pre-authorized by a representative of Concordance and must include the invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for return. Any non-delivered goods must be reported within 14 days of the FedEx confirmed arrival date in order to process a claim. Merchandise ordered and/or shipped in error and merchandise received damaged will be credited at the purchase price if reported within ten (10) business days of receipt. Concordance will arrange to have this returned merchandise picked up from the Facility returning the merchandise no later than the next scheduled delivery following issuance of the authorization to return. Concordance will issue a credit for such items to the customer no later than three (3) days following pick-up.
All other stocked merchandise returned will be credited at the purchase price assuming the merchandise is resalable (which includes packages being unmarked, unopened and in re-salable condition). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Re-salability of merchandise shall be determined by Concordance and the customer based on the presumption that merchandise is resalable unless it was specifically customized for use only by the customer or a Facility to its unique specifications and cannot be reused by another facility even with minimal adjustments.
Non-resalable and special order merchandise (“non-stock products”) will be returnable for credit subject to the terms of the manufacturer. Concordance shall not charge administrative fees for processing returns and/or credits or other charges for picking up and returning such merchandise; provided, however, Concordance reserves the right to pass through charges that are incurred and passed on by the manufacturer on a customer’s behalf for product returns directly to a manufacturer. Special order merchandise sent in error by Concordance will be credited the full purchase amount and will not be subject to any additional fees or charges.
Any orders that are returned due to incorrect address information or failure to deliver will be charged incurred fee’s.
*Due to the high demand for PPE and other COVID-19 related products, all PPE and COVID-19 related items sold will not be eligible for return. All PPE and COVID-19 related items are final sale and non-returnable.
