Shipping

Drop ship:

  • Yes, we can drop ship (and it’s no additional fee!). The packing list will be sent to the end user with all of your contact information and none of ours.

 

Expedited orders:

  • Expedited orders that are placed after 1pm EST M-F may not be able to ship the same day. Please call if you place an order after 1pm EST and a representative can advise whether it will ship the same day.

 

Shipping timeframes:

  • Shipping timeframes displayed on the website (e.g. typically ships in 1-2 days) are typical timeframes, not guaranteed timeframes. These timeframes are not applicable to international orders.

Return

  • Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from the customer service department. To expedite the process please complete the form below and email the completed PDF to: returns@fab-ent.com. You can also contact the FEI returns department at: +1-914-345-9300 ext. 1121 or 800-431-2830 ext. 1121. You can fax your return request form to: +1-914-345-9800, attention: returns department.
  • Return authorization number must appear on each returned package
  • Return the merchandise to the location given by the customer service department
  • Keep a record covering the shipment of returned merchandise (this is for your protection in case you need to get a proof-of-delivery from the shipper)
  • No unauthorized return will be accepted
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days
  • FEI charges a 25% restocking fee for returned merchandise in resalable condition
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the merchandises is received as a result of FEI’s error
  • FEI will credit your account for returned merchandise as soon as return is received and processed
  • Credits for return is issued only to original purchaser. Credit will be applied to your open balance or to future purchases. No cash refund will be issued.
