Abena, founded in 1953, is a Danish, family-owned manufacturer and wholesaler of health care solutions and related products headquartered in Aabenraa, Denmark. Our product assortment revolves around incontinence care products and health care solutions and includes a wide range of related products such adult incontinence, wound care and baby care supplies. In 2014, Abena North America, Inc. was founded with the purpose of sharing Abena’s premium quality products and solutions with you. Our customers are at-home consumers, nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities (ALF), home medical equipment stores (HME) and doctor’s offices.



Shipping Policy:

We will process and ship your order within the continental US in 1-2 business days. Our delivery trucks always thrive to get you your products as fast as humanly possible, so you can expect your package(s) to arrive within 3–4 business days. Want to keep tabs on your order? We thought you might, so you’ll receive shipping updates from the moment your order is placed, to when your order is on its way to you. No products of Abena North America, Inc. can be shipped to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or addresses outside of the United States. Listed below are all the United States territories we do NOT ship to at this time:

Order Tracking Policy

When your order is placed, we will send you updates via email. If you have multiple items in your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.

Order Acknowledgement

The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items in your order. The order acknowledgement will display the delivery address and expected delivery date. You can click the date to view your order details.

Shipment Notification

We'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and expected delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.



We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Abena USA. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 90 days of the date of shipment, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
In addition, please note the following:

Products can be returned only through the website or store in which they were originally purchased. For example, if you purchased our products via a third-party reseller like Amazon, you cannot return it through AbenaUSA.com.
The following products are not eligible for return: eGift Cards, Opened Products, Expired Products, and Free Samples.

If the item was purchased by the case, the return of unopened bags is allowed.
All product bundles, including Giftboxes, Skincare Bundles, and Travel Kits must be in their original packaging and unopened, with their quality seals intact, in order to be eligible for return.

In the unlikely event you receive defective or damaged products, we will gladly provide replacement products at no additional cost.

All refunds and returns need to have prior approval by our Customer Service team. If you wish to return a product, please contact us at 844-223-6248 or via our Contact Us page to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions. Please note, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return.

Once a return label has been issued by our Customer Service team, you will be required to drop the package at a drop off location or call to request a pick up.

A member of our Customer Service Team will notify you via email once we have received your returned item. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
