Stronghold Group was formed in 2016 by West Point graduates who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. We started primarily serving the Federal Government (DOD, VA, SOCOM, DHA) in a contractor capacity, and grew into the private healthcare sector.Stronghold Group is a VA-verified Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and SBA approved HUBZone. All orders begin processing within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
**For organizations and agencies requesting immediate delivery within less than 24 hours, please contact customer service before placing the order so we can execute prioritized handling and coordinate with your logistics team.**
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If very expedient shipping is needed (i.e. air freight), please contact customer service to facilitate scheduling, delivery, and shipping Points of Contact at destination.
If the customer has a preferred shipping vendor (i.e. UPS freight, DHL, PGL, UCM), please contact customer service to select and prioritize the correct shipping vendor solution.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Stronghold Group ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Stronghold Group is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Stronghold Group is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Stronghold Group will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of any/all damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 5 days from the receipt of the original order. Items must be returned in all original packaging with shipping paperwork, tags, boxes, packaging, and pallets. Return shipping is to be paid by customer. Stronghold Group will evaluate on a case by case basis and reserves the right to limit or decline returns/exchanges based upon each situation’s circumstances.
