We have representatives available at 800-747-3488 Monday-Friday 7am-7pm CST as well as Saturdays and Sundays 8am-4:30pm CST. 

Custom Orders

All custom orders are subject to the manufacturers terms and may cause a delay in shipping or additional, non-published fees.

Sale Items

Sale items have limited quantities, sizes and colors and may no longer be available.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax for shipments where required by law.

Shipping Information

United States
Orders for in-stock items received by 2:00 PM CST (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day. Shipping method is Ground (unless otherwise selected by customer) to all destinations in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii – shipping method and rates may vary). Items ordered directly from the manufacturer may take longer. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules.

Continental US

Ground - Parcels reach most US destinations within 5 business days of shipment and include tracking information. Depending on weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier.

We are happy to use expedited shipping methods at customer request and expense.

Two Day FedEx - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive in 2 business days (Monday-Friday). In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by Wednesday afternoon. An order submitted Friday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive on Tuesday. We are closed during normal holidays which will push back delivery.

Standard Overnight - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by 3:00 PM the next business day (Monday-Friday). In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by Tuesday afternoon. An order submitted Friday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive on Monday. We are closed during normal holidays which will push back delivery.

Priority Overnight - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by 10:30 AM the next business day. In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by 10:30 AM Tuesday. An order submitted Friday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive Monday morning by 10:30 AM CST. Priority overnight is not available in all areas.

Saturday Overnight Delivery - Saturday delivery is available using FedEx. Orders must be placed on the Friday before the desired delivery date. A $16.00 additional charge applies. Please phone in your order. Order must be received by 4:00 PM CST.

White Glove Service - We offer FedEx Signature Home Delivery, Evening Home Delivery and Appointment Home Delivery. Please call customer service for a custom quote.

Common Carrier - Large orders or items will be shipped LTL via common carrier. Please contact customer service for a custom quote.

Alaska / Hawaii Ship Method
All parcels are shipped using Ground, USPS, or another international carrier. We will select the most appropriate carrier based on order make up and destination.

Post Office Box & APO/FPO
Please contact customer service for product availability and delivery.

Canada, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands
International Economy - 2-5 business days, depending on location.

International Priority - 1-3 business days, depending on location.

All taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to shipping at the time of order entry. For more information, please call us at 1-800-747-3488.

International Orders

International
Your orders can be sent nearly anywhere in the world. To receive a custom international shipping quote, please submit your information here for International Orders. Our international customer service agent will then email you a quote within 24 business hours. Customs and duties are the customer's responsibility. Oversized / Heavy Items
An additional fixed charge may apply to oversized and overweight items.

Manufacturer Direct Shipping
Products with an item status of "Drop Ship" ship directly from the manufacturer. We can confirm the date the item was shipped and, upon request, we can contact the manufacturer and provide you with tracking information. Please call our customer service number.

Important Disclaimer
Our shipping terms are FOB Seller’s warehouse. Risk of loss transfers at time of shipment. We are happy to contact the shipper on your behalf to file a claim.

Return

Approved returns processed within 30 days of initial receipt are not subject to a restocking fee (customer is responsible for return shipping). A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns received 31-59 days after initial receipt. Returns for orders over 60 days will not be processed. Restocking fees & return policies may vary for items shipped directly from the manufacturer/drop-ship. Exceptions to this return policy include custom-ordered items (for which no returns are accepted). All Returns must be New and Unused (returns must be still in original packaging, and in saleable condition.). You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from ScripHessco prior to sending your return.

Regardless of reason, all returns MUST be processed through Customer Service. Items returned without a RA# printed on the outside of the shipping box will be returned to the customer.

To help us better assist you; please call 800-747-3488 to prearrange your return. If you have a problem or any questions about a product under warranty, please call us for further assistance.

Non-Returnable Items: For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oils, lotions, personal care products, creams, hygiene items, books, videos, music, CDs, DVDs, brochures and software. Returns on washed linens, worn clothing, or used disposable garments will not be accepted. Special orders and custom built tables are non-returnable.

1. Call 1-800-747-3488 and ask for Customer Care Representative. After speaking with a representative, you will be issued a RA#. YOU MUST RECEIVE a RA# before sending back a product.

2. Include a note stating purchaser's name, address and order number and reason for return. Be sure to include RA#.

3. Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail, UPS or FEDEX.
