Lyons understands the need for quality nutritional products designed for people diagnosed with swallowing difficulties (dysphagia) or unintended weight loss. The Lyons ReadyCare line has been specially formulated to provide the flavor, eye appeal and nutritional profile that patients require. Policies

Shipping

Lead time/new PO's:

A minimum lead time of one full week prior to shipment is requested for all orders (excludes holidays). For example, if an order is shipping on 03/07/2013, the PO must be submitted to Lyons by 3:00 p.m. PST on 02/28/2013. This rule applies to both pick up and delivered orders.

Revisions:

Require a 48 hour notice (excluding weekends and holidays). For example: if an order is shipping on Thursday the revision must be submitted to Lyons by 3 p.m. PST on Monday.

Cancellations:

Short lead time on new orders, revisions or cancellations will be subject to a $200.00 late fee.

Return

Please reference the policy outlined below as it relates to returned goods and meeting the specified criteria listed.

  1. Lyons Customer Service Representative should be contacted in order to obtain written approval for returned
  2. Product must have a minimum 50% shelf life remaining when received at
  3. Customer is responsible for coordinating transportation of the returned product at the customers’
  4. Carrier Bill of Lading must include Lyons RMA number and returned to one of the warehouses below.
  5. Product must be received, reviewed and approved by Lyons Quality Assurance prior to issuing a credit. Lyons reserves the right to report hidden damage within 3 business days of
  6. Returns received in unsellable condition will not qualify for Lyons
  7. A minimum of 25% restocking fee will be charged based on the condition of the returned
