Orders Less Than $50
A $5 shipping and handling fee is charged on orders totaling less than $50 before tax and shipped to one address within the continental United States.
Orders over $50
No shipping and handling is charged to purchasers for standard ground delivery on orders of $50 or more before tax and shipped to one address within the continental United States.
UPS is our primary parcel carrier and we use a variety of carriers for LTL shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to purchaser upon tender of shipment to carrier.
Shipping Policy Exceptions
Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Under this marketplace Grainger does not accept orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
International and P.O. Box Orders
Grainger does not ship internationally under this marketplace and does not ship to PO Box addresses.
Grainger does not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Grainger offers a 30 day return policy. Please initiate the return by contacting the marketplace by phone at (877) 324-1749 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Grainger is not able to accept returns for marketplace orders in person at any Grainger facilities.
WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
A. LIMITED WARRANTY.
GRAINGER WARRANTS PRODUCTS AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIPUNDER NORMAL USE FOR A PERIOD OF SIXTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE FROMGRAINGER, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. PROVIDED THAT GRAINGER ACCEPTS THEPRODUCT FOR RETURN DURING THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD, GRAINGER MAY, AT ITSOPTION: (i) REPAIR; (ii) REPLACE; OR (iii) REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID BY PURCHASER.GRAINGER'S REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND OF AMOUNTS PAID BY PURCHASER FORTHE PRODUCT, SHALL BE PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

GRAINGER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF PRODUCTMISUSE, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PRODUCTMODIFICATION, MISREPAIR OR MISAPPLICATION. GRAINGER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANYWARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCTS: (i) ARE MERCHANTABLE; (ii) FIT FOR A PARTICULARPURPOSE; OR (iii) DO NOT AND WILL NOT INFRINGE UPON OTHER'S INTELLECTUALPROPERTY RIGHTS.
C. Product Return.
Before returning any product, purchaser shall initiate the return by contacting the marketplace by phone at (877) 324-1749 or by email at email@example.com. The marketplace will facilitate the return processwith Grainger. Grainger will require the order date, the order number, the stock number, and a description of the defect. Proof of purchase is required in all cases.
