Why should I have a Business Membership with stockd.?

At stockd., we understand the challenges of running a business. With a free business membership, you’ll join a growing community and unlock exceptional value for your purchases. You will have access to many benefits, including:

  • Tax-exemption for qualifying organizations.
  • The ability to have multiple representatives from your business registered to purchase on behalf of your organization.
  • The option to purchase prescriptive medical devices (Validated physicians only)

How do I apply for Business Membership?

Registering for business membership is easy, free, and can be completed online here. Please gather the following information beforehand:

For healthcare businesses:

  • Company Tax ID Number (required)
  • Physical location of Business Address. (required) No PO Box address during time of registration.
  • Email Address (required)
  • Phone Number (required)
  • Provider license number - In order to see certain healthcare products that are subject to restriction on sale, please submit your provider license number

For Non-Healthcare:

  • Company Tax ID Number (required)
  • Physical location of Business Address. (required) No PO Box address during time of registration.
  • Email Address (required)
  • Phone Number (required)
  • Tax-Exempt Certificate (optional)

Once I have applied for my business membership, can I immediately start purchasing as a business member*?

No, until you are approved for membership, you are only able to purchase as a guest and will not have access to membership eligible products and pricing. You will receive an email after we review your application letting you know the status of your membership request (please allow up to five business days). Once your application is approved, you will be able to view and order all membership eligible products and receive discounted pricing and additional capabilities within stockd.

Is there any minimum order quantity for stockd.?

No, there are no minimum purchase quantities on stockd.

Are there spend limitations on stockd.?

No, there are no spend limitations on stockd.

How can I pay for my purchases on stockd.?

You may pay by credit card via American Express, Mastercard or Visa.

What are the available delivery speeds and delivery charges?

Delivery speeds and charges vary, based on the seller's shipping and delivery policy. Please see our Order, Shipping, and Tracking page for details.

What is the stockd. return policy?

How can update my account information?

How can update my account information?

  • Go to Your Account on the stockd. home page and select "Sign In" from the upper right-hand corner
  • Sign in with your user ID and password
  • Click Log In to get Started
  • Click the arrow next to Your Name - Manage Account to get to a drop-down box
  • From the drop-down box, select Profile
  • From My Profile, select from the following prompts to update your account information:
    • Buyer Information - buyer name, email, phone number
    • Change Password - change to a new password
    • Shipping Addresses - add New Address
    • Payment Information - add payment method name, credit card#, billing address
    • Apply for Tax Exemption

* Note that If you change or update your email address, all communication preferences will automatically be associated with your new email address.

What do I do if I forget my password?

  • Go to stockd. home page and select "Sign In" from the upper right-hand corner
  • Select forgot password
  • Enter your log-in ID to have a validation code emailed to you to reset your password

How do I contact a Seller?

Each seller's contact information, shipping, and return policies are located on the seller’s Your Account brand shop.

I've contacted the seller, but my issue is not resolved to my satisfaction. Can stockd. help?

If you’ve tried contacting the seller and the response was inadequate or you haven’t received a response within five business days, stockd. may be able to remedy the situation on your behalf. Please contact us at customerservice@stockd.com or 877-324-1749 for more information.

How is my order shipped?

All orders ship from the seller so shipping methods and prices may vary. See the shipping policy on each seller’s brand shop for more details.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders on stockd. may be cancelled up to one hour after the order has been placed. Please contact us at customerservice@stockd.com or 877-324-1749 to request a cancellation or refund. See user terms for more information. For orders placed after one hour, please contact the seller directly to discuss cancellation options per the seller’s policies.
