All orders received by 3pm EST Monday–Friday will ship the same day. Otherwise they will be shipped the next business day. Orders will beshipped either via our truck, USPSorUPS ground.
Customer Requested Returns
The customer must contact Dealmed Customer Service either by phone 1-800-569-0570 or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive a RMA # within 30 days of receipt of the item.No returns will be accepted without an RMA #.Shipping charges are non-refundable.All returns or exchanges are subject to review before a refund will be issued. Dealmed will only allow returns and refunds of unopened items.Items must be in brand new condition including the original packaging with original seal and contain all original packing materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards. A return label will be sent via fax or email to the customer. However, it is the customer responsibility for making sure the package is sent back.All item(s) being returned must be returned within 10 business days from receiving a RMA number.If received back after 10 business days, the item may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any Items returned that are not purchased from our Dealmed or on the RMA will not be returned to the customer or refunded.
